What’s the turnaround time?

We know how important it is to get your project back in time and that’s why we take deadlines very seriously. The turnaround usually depends on the project and we usually like to get it back to you no later than a week after acceptance of the project. If any corrections need to be made to the project, please allow some additional time for us to get it fixed.

What if I want to make changes?

Samples of your project will be sent until it’s completed. This will allow you to see its progress and ask us to make any possible adjustments and edits we can for you. Depending on the change, this could add additional time until the completion of your project but we still expect to get it back you in a timely manner.

What’s the best way to inquire?

The best way to reach out to us is whichever way you prefer! Email and our contact page is great for the first initial contact but after that if you prefer to communicate via text, call, video call, email, or even social media, all of them are welcomed. We’re responsive in all fashions! If reaching out through text or social media, please introduce yourself and give a brief description of what project you’re inquiring on.

What does the pricing breakdown consist of?

Extra changes of a higher degree of difficulty might require an additional charge.

Are your services only limited to what you have listed?

No! Even though we specialize in Cover Art, Logo Design, and Promotional work we’re capable of many other services for branding and promo. Just ask, design is our passion so there’s many things we can achieve with our prowess.
